Why I Love It
I love this smoothie because it straight up gives me ENERGY! Each and every time I drink it when I am dragging around, a few minutes later I get a bunch of crap done and I actually FEEL like working out.
It contains beets, walnuts, flax milk and Naked Juice for the base; apples, sweet potato, blueberries, kale, spinach, and ice. I also add one scoop of beet root powder. The protein powder I prefer with this smoothie is my Lean Body vanilla protein shake.
